Farm - Our Kenya Specialty – AA and Peaberry beans are sourced from small-scale farms in Rift Valley, Kenya. Elevation is between 1,400-2,000 Meters. The region is known for horticulture farming; this gives the coffee a bold profile with a floral and fruity sweet aftertaste.
Growing - Major farm activities around the farm involve pruning, cultivation, spraying, feeding, and harvesting. The coffee handling process is standard among farmers. Each process is executed with extreme care with the consumers' experience in heart and mind.
Processing - Kenya Specialty coffee processing involves post-harvest handling. This includes; pulping of selectively picked ripe cherries, fermentation, wet-washing, and controlled natural moisture drying on raised bed and later milling, grading roasting, and packaging.
