Roasted Coffee Returns:


Roasted coffee products can be returned within one week (7 days) of the purchase date, provided that the following conditions are met:


1. Unopened Package: Roasted coffee can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and remains sealed. We are unable to accept returns for opened coffee packages due to the perishable nature of the product.


Other Product Returns:


All other non-coffee products can be returned within seven (7) days after receiving your ordered goods. To be eligible for a return, these products must meet the following criteria:


1. Unused and in Original Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. They should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.


2. Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required for all returns.


Return Process:


If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:


1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team  with the subject line "Return Request" and provide the following information:

- Your full name

- Order number

- Product(s) you wish to return

- Reason for the return


2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will look over your request and give you more instructions, including a return authorization if your return is approved.


3. Package and Ship: Carefully package the items you are returning, along with a copy of your proof of purchase and the return authorization (if provided). Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.


4. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.


Refunds:


We will process your refund upon receiving your returned item(s) and verifying that they meet the return criteria. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
